Tip Number 1 - Don’t rely on motivation itself. It’s unreliable. What IS reliable?? Habit. Routine. Consistency.
So don’t wait for the motivation to come. Force yourself to do things. Put the work in until it becomes a part of your daily routine. Good habits are just as easy as bad habits once they become second nature (and just as hard to break).
So don’t ask, “How do I stay motivated?”
Condition yourself to work without it.
