Minc Green Smoothie

How to make sure you’re getting your daily dose of greens 🌿 (chuck them in a blender and have them for breaky 😉)

Note: don’t be put off by the zucchini - makes it creamy and will still taste sweet!


* Handful spinach
* 1/2 zucchini (frozen)
* 1/2 banana (frozen)
* 1/4 cup pineapple (frozen)
* 1 tbsp avocado
* 1 tsp maca powder
* 1 tsp greens powder (optional)
* 200ml almond milk
* Top with water to cover
